Terms and Conditions
General terms for using this website and submitting private charter inquiries to Rutherford Aviation.
Use of this website
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the website, its security, or its availability. The information on this website is provided for general business and informational purposes.
No booking created by website submission
Submitting a quote request, contact form, email, phone call, or text inquiry does not create a booking, guarantee aircraft availability, reserve an aircraft, establish a final price, or create a binding transportation contract.
Any flight is subject to aircraft and crew availability, direct air carrier approval, operational review, weather, airport conditions, payment requirements, signed agreements, required disclosures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Charter quotes and availability
Private charter pricing and availability can change quickly. Estimates, aircraft options, and proposed itineraries are not final until confirmed through the appropriate quote, disclosure, contracting, payment, and trip-confirmation process.
Broker role
Rutherford Aviation is an air charter broker. Rutherford Aviation arranges flights through FAA-certificated Part 135 direct air carriers. Rutherford Aviation does not own, operate, maintain, or control aircraft and is not a direct air carrier.
Operational control
The direct air carrier selected for a flight is responsible for operational control, including aircraft operation, flight release, crew assignment, maintenance, safety of flight, and regulatory compliance related to air transportation.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate trip details, passenger information, special requirements, payment information, identification when required, and any information necessary for the direct air carrier or service providers to evaluate and support the trip.
Cancellations, refunds, and payments
Cancellation, refund, payment, and deposit terms may vary by aircraft, direct air carrier, itinerary, timing, and agreement. Specific terms should be provided in the applicable quote, agreement, invoice, or trip documentation before booking.
